Can you please provide me with some statistics on accidents in the workplace caused by fatigue? Ideally this would include by month, year, age, gender, type of workplace (industry - e.g. forestry, trucking etc) severity, and costs from 2010 onwards.
We are developing a tool to measure levels of fatigue, with the aim of reducing accidents in the workplace caused by fatigue. Having this data would establish the need for such a tool.
