Thank you for your request of 11 June 2019, asking for the following information under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act): "Maori workplace fatalities since 2010" This request is being transferred in full to WorkSafe for response because ACC understands this information is held by them or the information is more closely connected with their functions. This decision was made under section 14 of the Act.
