Hello -- the api has existed for more than SEVEN years now, and has been documented by several people unofficially. I don't understand why you don't copy-paste the existing open docs somewhere official and be done. You could do it this afternoon. -- doesn't need some big end of 2020 project.
Greater Wellington is in the process of developing this. We expect the data will be publicly available by the end of 2020 and once it is available it will be published on this website.
