I would like to gain my sons birth time

I would like to get information on my sons time of birth

I would like to have a record of his exact birth time as a matter of record as he would like me to look at his astrology chart but this not possible unless I have his time of birth.

By having his birth time I will be able to have his astrology chart drawn up for him
