Caseload monitoring reports

The Caseload Monitoring Report tracks the services delivered by DHB hospitals against annual service delivery plans. It includes inpatient and outpatient service delivery and data is presented from both DHB of Service and DHB of Domicile views. The report is available in both Excel and PDF versions. The Excel report provides sector level, DHB level and individual purchase unit level results in an interactive format. The PDF report provides summary information and is designed for presentation purpose. The Readme section at the beginning of each report provides full technical and background information.
